Rustic Rayman's Taco Salad Bowl

Rustic Rayman's Taco Salad Bowl

The ultimate crowd-pleasing bowl that comes together in minutes — bold, fresh, and loaded with all the good stuff.

Serves: 2–4 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry or Roma tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup your favorite salsa
  • ½ cup guacamole (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Build your base. Add a generous handful of chopped lettuce to a large bowl.
  2. Layer it up. Top with diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
  3. Add the good stuff. Dollop guacamole and sour cream in the center of the bowl.
  4. Finish with salsa. Spoon salsa over the top or serve on the side for dipping.
  5. Toss and dig in! Mix everything together just before eating so the chips stay crunchy.

Kristine's Tips

  • For extra protein, add seasoned ground beef or black beans.
  • Make it spicy by swapping regular salsa for a habanero or chipotle variety.
  • Crushed Fritos or Doritos add a fun flavor twist.
  • Serve immediately — the chips are best when they still have a little crunch!
